Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy describes how SEOEvolver delivers purchased services to clients.

1. Digital Delivery Only

All SEOEvolver services are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipment. Deliverables are sent via email to the address provided at checkout, or shared via secure document link.

2. Delivery Timelines by Service

Estimated delivery timelines per service are:

• Search Landscape Analysis: 4-6 business days
• Organic Growth Strategy: 7-10 business days
• Authority Acquisition: 7-day setup, then ongoing monthly
• Maps and Local Presence: 5-day setup, then ongoing monthly
• Technical Performance SEO: 5-7 business days
• Full-Stack SEO Retainer: Starts within 2 business days

3. Timeline Start

All delivery timelines begin from the date we receive (a) confirmed payment and (b) any required briefing information or website access. Timelines pause if client materials are not provided within 5 business days of our request.

4. Delivery Format

Deliverables may include: written reports in PDF format; structured content briefs; keyword data in spreadsheet format; link placement documentation; monthly performance reports; and strategic documents. All materials are provided in English. Italian-language versions are available on request for selected deliverable types.

5. Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase and a project start confirmation within 2 business days. If you do not receive either communication, contact info@seoevolver.com immediately.

6. Delays

We will notify you promptly if any delivery is expected to exceed the stated timeline. Significant delays caused by our team may qualify for compensation under our Refund Policy.
