This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through seoevolver.com. All services are digital and delivered electronically.
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving reason, unless performance of the service has already begun with your explicit consent and acknowledgment that the withdrawal right is lost upon commencement. When you confirm your order, you agree to service commencement within the standard delivery window.
If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase AND before any work has commenced, we will issue a full refund within 10 business days via the original payment method. To request a refund in this window, email info@seoevolver.com with your order reference.
Once work on your order has commenced, which typically occurs within 2 business days of payment, no refund is available for one-time services. For monthly retainer services, you may cancel with 30 days notice after the initial 3-month period, but no partial-month refunds are issued.
If we are unable to deliver your service within twice the stated delivery timeline due to our own failure, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of commencement status. This exception does not apply to delays caused by client failure to provide required access or materials.
To request a refund, email info@seoevolver.com with your name, order reference, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 5 business days.
All refunds are issued in EUR via the original payment method (Stripe). Exchange rate differences for non-EUR card payments are not refundable.
