These Terms of Service govern all services provided by SEOEvolver (Via Camporeale, 22, 71122 Foggia FG, Italy) through seoevolver.com. By purchasing any service you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms in full.
SEOEvolver provides digital SEO services including Search Landscape Analysis, Organic Growth Strategy, Authority Acquisition, Maps and Local Presence, Technical Performance SEO, and Full-Stack SEO Retainer. All services are delivered digitally. Delivery timelines are indicated on each service page and in your order confirmation.
Orders are placed through our website and processed via Stripe. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. The service scope begins upon confirmed payment receipt.
Digital deliverables are provided via email to the address given at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are stated per service. Timelines begin from the date we receive your confirmed payment and any required access or briefing information. We are not responsible for delays caused by the client failing to provide required materials.
You agree to: provide accurate information during purchase; supply required website access or project context within 5 business days of purchase; and not use our deliverables in any illegal or deceptive manner. You are responsible for implementing any recommendations provided.
Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. SEOEvolver retains the right to use non-confidential project information for portfolio and case study purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
SEOEvolver does not guarantee specific Google rankings or organic traffic levels. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and subject to change. We guarantee documented work performed in accordance with current SEO best practices and honest reporting of outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate a monthly retainer engagement with 30 days written notice after the initial 3-month period. One-time services are non-cancellable once work has commenced. See the Refund Policy for applicable refund terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Foggia, Italy.
